Bonnie Dick is an employment consultant with extensive experience in change management.
Her success in training and coaching people in transition comes in part from her opportunity to have five different careers in her lifetime!
Bonnie builds strong relationships through networking and collaboration with individuals. Her goal is to continue to find ways to build a stronger and more viable workforce through education and training for the jobs of tomorrow. It is important for all generations to find ways to work more successfully together and to value each generation for what they bring to the table.
Bonnie’s specializes in coaching and training people who are in transition to improve all search techniques they need to find and retain employment. Bonnie is co-founder and Director of Programs and Client Services for the Career Transition Center based in Shaker Heights Public Library, Shaker Heights OH. She oversees daily programming including one-on-one coaching, writing, planning and presenting workshops on job search. Bonnie coordinates the Job Club Speaker’s Program.
She is very active in the community with leadership roles at the Alzheimer’s Association, the Cleveland Museum of Art, The Diversity Center, the National Council of Jewish Women and the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra. She writes and speaks frequently on career transitions and building relationships in the workplace.
Bonnie received a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin. She is a member of Lead DIVERSITY Class of 2009 and the International Coach Federation – Cleveland. In 2007 Bonnie was honored with Experience Works Ohio’s Outstanding Older Worker Award.
