Executive and professional coaching and assessments, organizational development, executive training, and outplacement and career design activities have been his primary activities professional activities. Dick has also been fortunate enough to support several corporations experiencing crises and in working closely with executives, managers and other employees facing difficult issues.

Dick started his career as a counseling psychologist in private practice then moved into business and organizational consulting. His first consulting was though two small but established psychologically based consulting firms, where Dick conducted a few thousand assessments and also provided coaching to scores of executives and professional. He has also served in several leadership capacities, such as Managing Principle and Senior Vice President with two of the world’s leading career transition firms, and has provided consulting to local, national and international transitions for major U.S. and global companies. In 2004 Dick received the prestigious Presidents Award of his contributions to one of these career transition firms.
