Norma Sweeny is as a Human Resources professional who has contributed to the success of large manufacturing and service companies in the Midwest and New England for over 25 years. She is skilled in all facets of human resources with special emphasis in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, organizational change management, program development, performance management, training and development.
In the past several years, Norma has consulted with several global career management service companies as career transition coach where she has earned recognition for her skills in the areas of productive search strategies, including marketing plan development, networking, resume preparation, interviewing skills and individual career counseling to assess needs and develop an effective personalized search plan.
Norma holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. She is certified by Development Dimensions International as an instructor in Interaction Management, Targeted Selection and Team Dynamics. She also holds a certification to instruct Behavioral Interviewing through Behavioral Technology, Inc.
