About Aaron Ziff

Aaron Ziff is an experienced corporate recruiter, a specialist in measurement systems, and a teacher and coach at a professional level for students looking to establish a professional career. His clients included GE Finance and Citigroup. He used that high-level head-hunter experience to pay for all of his college expense.

He subsequently earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Akron in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He served as an instructor and business coach to students in the business-related undergraduate program.

Aaron’s achievements in the recruiting and search arena have given him a knowledge and skill at leading others through the job transition process. He has interfaced with many universities and technical schools assisting professors and career services offices with mock interviewing, resume writing, and job search coaching for their students.

While he serves full-time as the lead business development and survey associate at Edge Learning of Ohio, a leading training and development firm, he works with the Interview Doctor blog to provide fresh insights to the interviewing and job search processs, and to provide coaching services to candidates who request his unique set of skills.
