About April Beard

April Beard is an experienced corporate Human Resources Business Partner. Her background includes third–party recruiting, college relations, recruiting for entry-level through executive positions, and HR Generalist functions. She has held corporate positions with, INTUIT Real Estate Solutions, National City Bank, and Key Bank. As a consultant April has successfully provided recruiting solutions to many national companies including OfficeMax, Progressive Insurance, and STERIS.

April’ passion for recruiting has given her a knowledge and skill at leading others through the job transition process. She has interfaced with many universities and technical schools assisting professors and career services offices with mock interviewing, resume writing, and job search coaching for their students.

April holds an AA from Cuyahoga Community College, a BA from Notre Dame College, and is a certified trainer from Development Dimensions International (DDI) for Behavior Based Interview Training.
