About Kay Bolden

Kay Bolden is a Career Coach with the Interview Doctor and a Human Resources Business Consultant at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.  She brings to the coaching service a wealth of personal experience in developing a human resource professional career, helping individuals achieve their career goals as well as business groups achieve their strategic goals.  She offers both a great ability to listen, and ideas and strategies to achieve your employment objectives.  Kay’s prior work experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal for 15 years where she led the recruitment of both the paid staff and the volunteer services teams.  She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Notary Public for the state of Ohio.  Kay received her Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University and her MBA from Xavier University.
