Molly Toussant offers the experience of having landed very competitive educational positions in Cleveland, Denver and Washington, D.C. Her classroom teaching, coaching, and professional development facilitator experience have prepared her to provide job transition coaching services. Molly offers counseling services specifically for teachers and recent education program graduates, and is expanding her practice to those looking for internships or for a full-time position outside of education.
With Molly, counseling includes creating an action plan for finding a teaching job, building clear and effectively written communication goals, and developing and practicing interviewing skills that highlight strengths and understanding about best practices. Her tenacious and yet humorous approach to learning is incorporated into her coaching approach.
Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from John Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in English, Teaching Writing from the University of Colorado at Denver.
