About Dan Toussant

Dan Toussant serves as the Managing Director of The Interview Doctor. As a human resource professional with over 20 years of leadership experience specializing in career coaching, interviewing skills training, and recruitment, he is uniquely qualified to lead this special collaborative of HR professionals, recruiters, and career coaches.

Dan serves as the editor of The Interview Doctor Blog, and is the lead coach in this career planning and job interviewing skills training service known as  the Interview Doctor.

Dan holds a Master of Education in Personnel Services and Counseling from Kent State University and a BA in English from Boston College. He has been certified as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute. He has additional professional development in Strategic HR Planning through the University of Michigan School of Business and has been certified to train the  Crucial Conversations program.
