Dan Toussant is the managing director of The Interview Doctor. As a human resource professional with over 20 years of leadership experience, specializing in management and professional recruiting, he also speaks regularly to groups about the job-seeking process, and coaches professionals of any age one-on-one regarding interviewing skills, resume preparation, and career transition. He serves as the co-editor of The Interview Doctor Blog, and teams with his business partner, Katherine Burik, and other HR professionals in this job-interviewing skills, career-coaching collaborative, The Interview Doctor.
Dan holds a master’s degree in Education from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College.
He is the beneficiary of some rather unique job promotions and changes in his professional life. Staying in his hometown and still working to advance his career has led to some interesting opportunities including nine years as HR Consulting Leader with a regional CPA firm, and now as a Professional Recruiter and Job-Interviewing-Skills Webinar/Seminar Presenter and Coach.
He is an active member of Toastmasters International, Business Networking International (BNI), and the Society of Human Resource Management.
