• Refine: Decide what you want in your next job. Learn about the interview process so you are comfortable.
Phase II:
• Actual Interviews: Practice interview skills BEFORE the interview so you are comfortable and relaxed AT the interview.
Phase III:
• Follow Up: What went well? What went wrong? Polish your responses and prepare for the next interview. Continuous improvement is the key to success.
