Jeffrey Ames is an experienced Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of leading and managing the HR function as either an in-house leader working for diverse manufacturing, distribution and retail companies, or as an external consultant serving not-for-profit public agencies, social service medical providers, manufacturers and retail clients.
He has developed numerous recruiting campaigns including the design of structured interview processes for normal employee replenishment, facility start-ups or business ramp-up due to acquisitions or new accounts. He has hired thousands of employees throughout his career. Additionally, for the past five years he has been a key resource for a job search group in which he has personally assisted over 100 individuals. The typical beneficiary of his guidance has been the mid-career professional who has suddenly and involuntarily entered the job market.
Jeffrey graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, one in Economics and one in History. While Jeff has successfully led a wide variety of human resource initiatives, among his biggest fans are the many individuals he has helped prepare for and succeed in finding employment.
